Avirnaki

Avirnaki (clean air in Hebrew:) is an exceptionally GREEN smoke trapping system.
The system absorbing the smoke into detachable and cleanable trapping fields, converting the smoke to purified clean air back to the ambient.
The system is 100% electrical operation, very low energy consumption, reduces exhaust temperature gases, very efficient with smoke elimination yet with very low running cost.
Avirnaki is suitable for retail stores, supermarkets, shopping malls and other places where fresh coffee is desired without installing venting duct outside the building.
Filtration system requires periodical cleaning with GREEN solvents and tap water.
The Avirnaki system is suitable for generic use, can be fitted to any of our advanced shop roasters, the device is also functioning as a wheeled table for the shop roaster itself.
