the system is compatible with all our Ghibli Commercial Roasters line, and may be easily adjusted to specific outputs.
Years of experience and numerous installations of coffee roasting systems in various conditions taught us that the most critical issue while deploying the coffee roasters is to have the airflow inside the drum and duct properly calibrated. One key reason for that is the need to prevent the heat to draw back into the roaster, which is even more critical once an afterburner is installed. We’ve used the experience to design this full flow unit which is 50% more efficient comparing to traditional afterburners in eliminating smoke, odors and organic particles present in roasting smoke.
For easy calibration and best performances, the unit is equipped with special Vacuum Pump which is controlled by a frequency inverter, thus making airflow calibration both easy and accurate.
