It captures up to 98% of particulate matter and smoke solids, cooling the exhaust to roughly 40°C. Does the Avirnaki remove unwanted odors?

What are the electrical requirements for setup?
The system is designed for global "plug-and-play" use. It runs on a standard single-phase 220V connection. No specialized industrial power or gas lines are required, making installation as simple as plugging in a household appliance.
How do I clean the filters, and do they need to be replaced?
The Avirnaki features permanent, washable filters. There is no need to buy expensive replacement cartridges for the primary smoke traps. Simply detach the metal filters, soak them in our green cleaning solution, rinse with tap water, and slide them back in.
How often is maintenance required?
Maintenance frequency depends on your roasting volume and roast degree (darker roasts produce more oils). On average, a quick cleaning is recommended every 20–40 roasting hours. The digital airflow system will help maintain consistency even as the filters fill.
Is the Avirnaki easy to move within my shop?
