Minimal Airflow, Maximum Power

While many systems rely on large volumes of intake air, Coffee Tech roasters featuring the Vortex TO4 drum use a controlled, powerful spiral airstream and not unrestricted airflow that wastes heat and demands more gas. By dramatically reducing the intake of secondary cold air, the system requires far less energy to maintain optimal roasting temperatures. The result is stable, efficient heat transfer, lower fuel consumption, and cleaner combustion. Without compromising roasting power or precision.
