Description

The FZ94 Pro-Lab Cocoa Roaster is the ultimate lab roaster for development, quality assessments, and research.

The majority of the cocoa industry is using drum roasters, at their roasteries. Any sample roaster or lab roaster meant to perform professional roasting should be using as same roasting methods as with the larger one at your roastery/facility in order to get the desired results and cocoa roast profiles as close as possible. Any other method would simply be less accurate, and non-informative when using different roasting techniques.

With the FZ94 Pro-Lab we embedded digital speed control for the drum, and another digital controlled motor for the vent blower. There are three temperature controllers measured by three individual digital probes. Exploring the full range of possibilities in professional roasting starting from 100 grams (standard raw bean sample) was never as accessible as it is with the FZ94 pro Lab-Roaster.

The FZ94 pro lab-roaster offers total control over the roast process while still maintaining user-friendly operations, a small footprint, a stunning design and outstanding roasting quality of the entire capacity range.

Moreover, this roaster is featured with USB connection to log, record, and analyze your profiles, sample and improve your QC and consistency at the lab or roastery.
