The team behind Coffee-Tech Engineering are into coffee out of love. As part of our daily routine, we maintain and restore a large and important collection of espresso machines and roasting machines from various eras. The many machines we have were built using a wide array of technologies, design and manufacturing methods from the past 100 years. We derive inspiration and learn a lot from exploring them. We use them as a ground for our technological research and design concepts.
